question Can I still apply for TDIU after initially declining and being denied SSDI?

When I first asked for VA disability, they said I could get TDIU, but I didn't take it. Now, I applied for SSDI and they said no. I've fixed my papers for them to look again.

Can I still try to get TDIU from the VA, or did I miss my chance? It seems like the VA might say yes more easily than SSDI.

It doesn't matter to the VA that you were denied SSDI, and Social Security isn't concerned about your previous refusal of TDIU. If you qualify for either benefit from either agency, you'll be approved.
