question Will correcting dependent information result in more back pay?

My husband received his 50% rating today and is entitled to retroactive pay, though the payment history currently indicates N/A. Additionally, his status is listed as single without including our dependents, for which he has initiated a claim. Is he also eligible for back pay for the dependents once they're added?

Yep to both. N/A's just the system's way of saying the transaction is still processing. A date should show up pretty soon.
