I put in a claim to increase my PTSD/MST rating, which is now at 70%.

When I looked at the notes from my last C&P, I saw that the examiner checked "Occupational and social impairment with deficiencies in most areas, such as work, school, family relations, judgment, thinking and/or mood".

Shouldn't the box for "Total occupational and social impairment" be marked to get a full 100% rating from the VA?

Even with a 70% rating, there's a chance for an increase to 100%, though it varies. If the examiner notes a significant impact, such as preventing you from working, that might support a higher rating. But from what it seems, it remains at 70%.

Have you considered applying for TDIU?

Yes, but I can work as long as they make some accommodations for me, which they've done.
