How can someone file a complaint about a company that conducts C&P exams, like QTC, for example? At the moment, they require traveling all over the city just for a simple X-ray.

This could be almost unfair for those who are visiting or have transportation issues.

I also had a problem with QTC. A provider wouldn't see me because they're afraid of dogs, and I have a Service Dog. I filed a complaint using their customer service 800 number provided in their documents.
