What is the usual timeframe for DBQs to become visible to a VSO?

My WWP rep can usually see all my DBQs about a day after the examiner sends them in.

The timing varies by the C&P examiner. Some are quick to upload the DBQs on the same day of the visit, while others may take a few days or weeks to get around to doing it. Some take much longer, stretching into months, and the VA doesn't seem to enforce strict timelines for them or hold them accountable. However, your representative will have immediate access to the DBQs once they're uploaded.
