What do you do if you had to change the date of your first mental health exam, but then you find out the new examiner checking you is going to be trouble?

You should go to the C&P because you can only change it once. After that, depending on how it goes, you might need to appeal or ask for an increase.

I put in a claim for insomnia since I was already rated for mental health issues. I thought my rating would stay the same, but it actually went up from 50 to 70. So, remember to stay positive as it can be good news too.
