question Can I still use Chapter 35 benefits as a spouse going through a divorce?

Being a dependent spouse in the midst of a divorce, I'm curious if I'm still entitled to use the rest of my Chapter 35 benefits? We've also split our living situations.

The system doesn't take separation into account. The benefits will end once the divorce is officially recognized by the VA.
