question Can a Flight School Accept GI Bill Benefits but Not Chapter 35?

My son is working to obtain Chapter 35 benefits for his flight training. His school, however, has stated he isn't eligible for Chapter 35, though he can access the Post 9/11 GI Bill, and other benefits. This institution is accredited under the GI Bill, but it expressly excludes Chapter 35. Can anyone confirm this? The GI Bill information they referred to was from 2022.

Pretty odd, considering the military's really hurting for pilots...
