question Are commissioned officers eligible for 100% VA benefits like enlisted peers?

Several enlisted peers, including myself, got a 100% VA rating after service or retirement from service. Would a commissioned officer, leaving the service due to mental health or other issues, be eligible for the same 100% VA benefits as us enlisted?

Your military rank doesn't matter. What matters are the health problems you got from serving and how they impact you.

Applying for VA benefits and listing all disabilities you think are service-connected might lead to a 100% rating. Still, like for everyone, there's no guarantee.

You're entitled to VA compensation and pension benefits for any disabilities from service, no matter your rank as an officer, warrant officer, or enlisted member.
