If they went through my records, they'd have what they need since I'm trying to get a higher rating. It's not clear if they checked my records before setting up another C&P exam. It's pretty annoying.

Why does the VA want you to do lab tests with a C&P exam if you're asking for a higher rating? How do these tests show your condition is getting worse?
