question What to expect during a sleep study and how to prepare?

I'm about to have a sleep study. Any suggestions on what to do or avoid? What should I expect? I understand I need to attempt to sleep, but is it an issue if I don't fall asleep quickly?

There's no need for any special preparation. This isn't something you can fake. Simply follow the given instructions and let yourself fall asleep.
