question Programs to assist veterans in home renovation?

Are there any support services or programs specifically designed to aid veterans in renovating and updating their homes?

Actually, I'm more in need of grab bars in areas around the home. While I don't use a wheelchair, having a ramp out my front or back door with a gentle slope would make getting in and out much smoother.
