Is there a limit on how many dependents can use Chapter 35 benefits? Like, can both a spouse and kids get it, or just one person?

No limit on the number of dependents that can use Chapter 35.

You could have 42 kids all using DEA Chapter 35 at once. Each one gets their own 36 months to use it.

Each dependent qualifies for their own benefits, as long as the service member is 100% P&T disabled.
