question Is it possible for a veteran to be 100% rated for mental health and still work full-time?

Can it be the case that a veteran is rated 100% for a singular condition, such as a mental health issue, yet remain fully employed without any limitations?

In the situation I'm describing, the vet does not fall under IU or TDIU.

It's key to note that being 100% P&T isn't the same as being completely disabled. Many veterans with 100% P&T status still manage to work their usual 40 hours a week.

Understanding what leads to a veteran's 100% rating isn't always clear-cut. Consider loud noises as a stressor. How frequently would such noises be an issue in a small office? If it's problematic, do they have the opportunity to take a break?

Alternatively, could they be their own boss making and shipping widgets?

The clear-cut answer to this, whether it concerns mental health or other disabilities, is yes.
