question How to file a VA claim for sleep apnea linked to military service?

What's the right way to file for sleep apnea? My husband's been grappling with chronic sleep apnea and is on CPAP therapy. This is his first attempt at filing.

There's been a noticeable downturn in his sleep quality after every deployment.

Would appreciate any tips, thanks!

TBI's off the table, but with a PTSD C&P exam coming up, we'll get a clearer picture. Seems like PTSD might be the way to go, considering the things he's brought up.
