question Can I work outside TDIU rules with total and permanent status?

So I've just received my 100% t&p after being on TDIU for some years. In my decision letter, it was written, "You are considered to be totally and permanently disabled due solely to your service-connected disabilities: YES". Does this mean I'm still restricted from working beyond the TDIU guidelines now that I'm deemed total and permanent?

If you're truly 100% T&P, working should be alright for you. It's mainly those who are rated lower and then paid at the 100% rate due to TDIU that need to worry.

Your benefits letter will confirm this with the line, "You are considered to be totally and permanently disabled solely due to your service-connected disabilities
