I'm working on getting my rating up from 90% to 100%. My VSO has filed for an increase because of some secondary issues I have, but I think I need more proof to make my case stronger. Should I consider pulling back the claim to gather more evidence?

Don't pull the claim back. Start collecting more evidence now and add it to your claim while it's still being looked at.

Get the new evidence and send it in. If the evidence doesn't make it in time and you don't hit that 100%, go for an Intent to File for a supplemental claim and throw in your new evidence with that.

I hope your other secondary issues add up to at least 50% more. You'll need that to go from 90% to 100%.
