question Does no C&P exam for 3 issues in a VA claim imply approval?

My claim with the VA involved 5 issues, which were consolidated into a single claim, yet only 2 are scheduled for a C&P exam.

I've submitted a Nexus letter and additional evidence linking the remaining 3 to my service. Is it safe to assume those 3 have been approved?

The status on the VA's website remains under review.

Just because they're not scheduling everything now doesn't mean you won't have more C&P exams later.
