I stick to the small version of the duty logbook for tracking migraines and other health issues. It keeps things simple, so I don't have to juggle multiple trackers since everything's in one spot.

The consensus is that Migraine Buddy in the App Store is the best.

But, like @troppy suggested, having a paper log might be a good option for you too. You can jot down when you have migraines, note your blood pressure, log when you take your meds, and all that, without needing a bunch of reminders. Plus, it's easy to make a copy to use as evidence when you need it.

That's a pretty good suggestion. My phone often distracts me, and I end up not logging things. A real book might help me remember to note down more stuff.
