question Can veterans get their C&P exam copies after the exam?

Don't expect them to just give it to you. You can submit a FOIA request for your C-file, but be prepared for a wait.

general Would you choose health over 100% P&T disability benefits?

I'd choose to get my health back right away. But I'd probably need some time to adjust so I'm not depending so much on VA benefits.

question Is urgent care covered for 100% P&T veterans?

Check that the urgent care you go to is on the VA's approved list. Every veteran gets to use urgent care 3 times a year. When you get there, tell the front desk you're using one of your urgent care visits. They should call the VA right away to check if your visit is covered.

question Can I still apply for TDIU after initially declining and being denied SSDI?

It doesn't matter to the VA that you were denied SSDI, and Social Security isn't concerned about your previous refusal of TDIU. If you qualify for either benefit from either agency, you'll be approved.
