question Are base ID cards available to all kids of 100% P&T vets?

Can kids of veterans who are 100% P&T also get an ID card to go onto the base? And how old do the veteran's kids have to be to get one?

I didn't look into it earlier because I didn't feel they were ready to go on their own or with others.

Kids have to be at least 10 years old to get a dependent ID card.

Additionally, they can keep their dependent DoD ID up until the age of 21, which extends to 23 if they are enrolled as full-time students.
