Are my uncle and two of his friends, who are all 100% P&T, really going to get a COLA bonus of around $3600 soon? One of his friends told him, and another one also heard the same thing. My uncle doesn't use social media, so he wanted me to check.

Alright, thanks for clearing that up. While I'm workin on getting him connected with Social Security, I'll also look into other vet benefits from the VA and see what Texas has to offer.
